Cindy Costa, Business Manager

Cindy Costa serves as the Business Manager for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. Dedicated to her family, church, and this practice, Cindy proves to be an essential part of the organization.

In addition to being a licensed real estate agent and a former Mrs. South Carolina, USA, Cindy is also involved with politics. She was appointed by President Bush as a US Public Delegate from 2002-2003. She is currently the Republican National Committeewoman for South Carolina.

Lindsay Wiltshire, Office Manager

Lindsay was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and has since moved to the Lowcountry! After completing her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Virginia Tech in 2006, Lindsay moved to Charleston to attend graduate school at the Medical University of South Carolina. She started working for our practice as the Office Manager in June of this year, after completing her Masters in Health Administration degree.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys going to the beach, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and watching Hokie football!

Dusty Southern, Assistant Office Manager

Dusty Southern serves as the Assistant Office Manager for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. Dusty has over 6 years experience with the practice serving on the administrative team. Through humor and honesty, she builds lasting relationships with patients.

Dusty received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the West Virginia Institute of Technology in 1994. Dusty enjoys drawing, reading, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.

Edna Richardson

A native of Charleston, SC, Edna Richardson has been with the practice since 1990. She ensures that our state-of-the-art facility meets and exceeds patients' expectations. Edna not only builds lasting relationships with her co-workers, but through her kind-heartedness and attention to detail, she cultivates relationships with our patients as well.

Edna enjoys cooking, taking care of others, and loves her two dogs, Dreyfus and Lucky. Baptized in 2005, Edna is dedicated to her church and enjoys fellowship.

Stephanie Houchin, RN

Stephanie Houchin is the head Registered Nurse at Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. She assists both Dr. Costa and Dr. Heikes in surgeries, in addition to monitoring the pre- and post-operative needs of our patients. She also maintains the responsibility of being the primary injector for dermal fillers and Botox.

Stephanie graduated from Kent State University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has over 7 years experience as a cardiac care nurse in a hospital setting. While not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and traveling

Kathy Baxley, RN

Kathy Baxley is a Registered Nurse for Dr.Costa and Dr.Heikes. She assists the doctors in all surgical procedures and takes care of pre- and post-operative needs of our patients. She has several years of operating experience and has also been first assisting surgeons throughout her career.

Kathy graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She enjoys offshore fishing and spending time with her husband and son.

Meagan Hostetler, RN

Meagan is a registered nurse for Dr. Costa and Dr. Heikes. Meagan assists the doctors in surgeries as well as attending to the pre and post-operative needs of our patients. Meagan graduated from Clemson University in 2007, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Meagan enjoys spending time on the water with her family and friends.

Tricia Brobisky, Surgical Technician

Tricia Brobisky has been in the medical field for over 12 years. She currently assists both physicians with various aspects of the OR. She also provides pre- and post-operative care and instructions to our patients.

Tricia is the Surgical Technician for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. When she is not helping patients, Tricia enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends boating and four-wheeling.
