Cindy Costa, Business Manager

Cindy Costa serves as the Business Manager for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. Dedicated to her family, church, and this practice, Cindy proves to be an essential part of the organization.

In addition to being a licensed real estate agent and a former Mrs. South Carolina, USA, Cindy is also involved with politics. She was appointed by President Bush as a US Public Delegate from 2002-2003. She is currently the Republican National Committeewoman for South Carolina.

Keri Bogan, Office Manager

Keri Bogan is the Office Manager for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. She ensures all patients are prepared throughout their surgical experience, both pre- and post-operatively.

Keri received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Wofford College in 2004. She then went on to receive her Masters in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2006. While she is a new addition to the practice, Keri is a vital member of The Center's administrative team.

Dusty Southern, Assistant Office Manager

Dusty Southern serves as the Assistant Office Manager for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. Dusty has over 6 years experience with the practice serving on the administrative team. Through humor and honesty, she builds lasting relationships with patients.

Dusty received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the West Virginia Institute of Technology in 1994. Dusty enjoys drawing, reading, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.

Eryn Harris, Insurance Coordinator

Eryn Harris is the Insurance Coordinator and Transcriptionist for the practice. Although she received her Medical Assisting Certification in 2001, she has focused on the administrative aspect of the medical field.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.

Edna Richardson

A native of Charleston, SC, Edna Richardson has been with the practice since 1990. She ensures that our state-of-the-art facility meets and exceeds patients' expectations. Edna not only builds lasting relationships with her co-workers, but through her kind-heartedness and attention to detail, she cultivates relationships with our patients as well.

Edna enjoys cooking, taking care of others, and loves her two dogs, Dreyfus and Lucky. Baptized in 2005, Edna is dedicated to her church and enjoys fellowship.

Robyn Cherry, RN

Robyn Cherry is the head nurse at Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. She is responsible for all nurse staffing as well as surgical procedures, pre- and post-operative patient care. She ensures clear inter-office communication among doctors, nurses, and office staff. Robyn is also the practice's primary specialist for Restylane® and BOTOX® treatments.

Robyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a minor in Chemistry at The University of Pittsburgh in 1994. She has 12 years nursing experience, 2 of it is Critical Care and 9 in the OR making her the resident expert in her field. She has been The Center's Head Nurse for the last 5 years.

Farah May, RN

Farah May is a registered nurse for Dr. Costa and Dr. Heikes. She assists the doctors in all surgical procedures and takes care of the pre- and post-operative needs of the patients.

Farah recently graduated from Trident Technical College with her associates degree in nursing. She has almost ten years experience in the operating room as a surgical technician.

Stephanie Houchin, RN

Stephanie Houchin is a registered nurse at Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. The newest addition to our practice, Stephanie assists both Dr. Costa and Dr. Heikes in surgeries. She is also responsible for the pre- and post-operative needs of our patients.

Stephanie graduated from Kent State University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has over 7 years experience as a cardiac care nurse in a hospital setting. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and traveling.

Tricia Brobisky, Surgical Technician

Tricia Brobisky has been in the medical field for over 12 years. She currently assists both physicians with various aspects of the OR. She also provides pre- and post-operative care and instructions to our patients.

Tricia is the Surgical Technician for Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, P.A. When she is not helping patients, Tricia enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends boating and four-wheeling.
