Payment Policies
Payment for surgery is due in full 2 weeks prior to surgery. We do not accept credit or debit cards for surgical procedures. Non-surgical procedures such as BOTOX® and Restylane®, as well as Obagi skin care products can be paid using cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep a consultation appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you are unable to keep a surgery date, please contact our office within 5 weeks of the operation date. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
