Payment for surgery is due in full 2 weeks prior to surgery. We prefer cash or check; however, if absolutely necessary, we will accept surgery payment on a credit card (excluding American Express).
Non-surgical procedures such as BOTOX® and Restylane®, as well as ZO skin care products can be paid using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
If you are unable to keep a consultation appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you are unable to keep a surgery date, please contact our office within 5 weeks of the operation date. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
